Company culture sustains the development of our productivity, its power is infinite and far reaching. It can relate to the activities of every employee. And it should be directed by the quality policies:

Responsiveness: It means the face-to-face quick decision making, on-time communications, without bureaucratic hassles, such as beat ¨Caround- the -bush, meaningless meetings and miscellaneous documents of momentum and reports. For production, it means the improvement of production efficiency and on-time delivery. Concern what customer concerns, and consider what customer considers.

Concision: There are many aspects of concision. To engineer, it stands for using less components to bring about a same product with similar functions; to production, it calls for simpler and easy-to -follow operational process; to human relationship, it symbolizes being straight and honest. The top managements should create a workplace where the employees would take concision and plainness as normal.

Confidence: Even though confidences cannot be rooted by others, the company could build up a circumstance for embracing confidence. This includes encouraging its employees to dream and risk, offering its employees with opportunities of success, and sharing the company's accomplishment with its employees.

Innovation: To be creative, we should aim big, but do small. Management would motivate its employees to maintain creativeness in their daily works; nurture the employee¡¯s learning desire, provide opportunities for learning and practicing. As a result, the company will become a learning entity with immense power.
